Tiny Shooters Visual & QoL Update!


Hey everyone!
I'm here with some new visuals and quality of life changes! Leave any feedback about the changes in the comments below! Do you guys think it looks more beautiful?

What changed about the visuals:
- Changed visuals to appear more 3D like.
- Added visuals when enemies/player takes damage.
- Enemies leave behind bodies when they die that slowly fades.
- Made player and enemies interact with the light, every entity now casts a shadow.
- Added shooting animations to all ranged enemies and player.
- Added pit tiles: entities cannot walk over pits but can shoot over them.
- Changed levels 2 and 3 slightly by adding pits.

Quality of Life changes (QoL):
- Leaving the game via the pause menu will now save the current score.
- Enemies that charge will now move back a little before charging making it more visually apparent that they are preparing something.
- Implemented A* path finding for enemies, they should not get stuck around corners anymore.
- Improved the code that reduces speed when moving.

Other than the changes above, I have also been working on improving the code, making it more expandable and efficient. In the next update, I'm planning on improving the campaign and adding more enemies and levels!
